More Than Adequate

This solution manual does the job. It provides the answers, with solutions, to all odd numbered questions and selected even numbered problems. So far, no errors have been noted.
It would be helpful at times if the question were listed, too, since at times it is unclear if an answer is correct. This is only an occasional problem.
